When the Only Message Is “Relax”
Some mornings don’t feel spiritual. They feel dry, tired, anxious.
The mind races. The body hums with tension. In my case, even my ears were ringing louder than usual.
Instead of fighting it, I tried something simple. I opened a clean page and listened.
The first word that surfaced was: relax.
Not profound. Not mystical. Just steady.
When we’re anxious, the mind will search for reassurance anywhere it can find it, in memory, in faith, in symbolism, in quiet inner voice.
The source matters less than the effect.
The message was patience.
You’re going to be okay.
Sometimes that’s enough.
Alignment Before Outcome
Notice how often anxiety demands answers when what you actually need is reassurance.
What would shift if you allowed the simplest message to be enough?
You don’t need a revelation.
Sometimes you only need to relax.
That’s alignment.
The outcome can unfold.
Quote
“When the mind is loud, calm is radical.”
