Yesterday I made the decision to drop distractions. I deleted all games from my cellphone, iPad, Tablet, and computer. These were far more distracting than watching TV or reading the newspaper. I discovered that my reaction to depression or not hitting my goals was revert to at addiction of mine, World of WarCraft, Angry Birds, or solitaire. These were great ways of working on my goals, HA!!!
I decided that I'd fill those gaps with working on my business, writing my novel, and getting ready to finish my dissertation.
No TV or Newspapers
No newspapers. I had to sit down with my family and ask that they not distract me with TV while working on myself this month. It was worth it. Now I have accountability at home too. It also turned my wife around and she decided to help me reach my goals.

This morning I continued Tony Robbins' Awaken the Giant Within.
Drink water & take Organo Gold Capsules
I start the day with Grapeseed Extract and Mycelium great for arthritis and mental clarity. Midday, I take the Ganoderma capsules for overall health and body detox. Just before bed I take the Spore Powder. All I know is I get a better quality of sleep.
I walked for 15 minutes. Tomorrow I will add 5 more minutes.
Just went deep and started picturing all those things I wanted.
