Pick something from your Bucket List and get started. The top of my list is to graduate with my Ph.D. in July of 2014. I working on that now which is the focus of the second item on my list, finish my dissertation. I'm currently on point with that by completing and turning in Chapter 2 on December 31, 2013. Then, I will have to finish my proposal for approval by January 31, 2014. Do my actual study in February - March, Finally writing Chapters 4 and 5 and getting the dissertation approved by May 30, 2014. With that all finished I am scheduled to graduate on time. Start today, pick something from your bucket list and get moving on it because if you don't you might miss an opportunity fora great adventure.
My goals for the rest of this mental transformation and beyond are to complete my dissertation, graduating in July 2014, bring my Organo Gold business to the next level, get better at saying “no”, especially to those things that will not help me realize my goals, write more articles, finish a novel, and creating financial freedom.

Exercise: I hit the gym with my wife and her girlfriend. I worked out as they chatted while using stationary bikes. I was winded and they were chittering away.
