My Bucket List

My Bucket List will be the first step to creating a plan to accomplish my goals. Right now my list isn't huge, I want to have 100 things on it. Following are things I have so far (I'll keep updating it as I think of them) some of these are some of my own and others inspired by the Writers Bucket List by Dana Sitar:

  1. Graduate from Walden July 2014
  2. Finish my Dissertation and get it approved by May 30, 2014
  3. Become a Diamond Consultant in Organo Gold (this will help with that financial freedom)
  4. Get a good head shot for blog, podcast and social media
  5. Lose 100 pounds
  6. Get off blood pressure and cholesterol medications
  7. Relaunch my podcast
  8. Create a podcast network
  9. Become a paid full-time author
  10. Become a paid public speaker
  11. Create a platform to give back to the world
  12. Renew my hypnosis certificate
  13. Create a wellness center
  14. Publish my first of many novels
  15. Sell some of my screenplays
  16. Go back to Thailand and teach a semester or two
  17. Do the Belgium beer tour
  18. Kiss the Blarney Stone (not sure why just because)
  19. Self-publish some of my older works to get started in my writing career
  20. Join a writing group
  21. Write a journal article
  22. Write some short stories to better develop my craft
  23. Get back to music
  24. Learn to draw or paint
  25. Write new screenplays
  26. Read more novels
  27. Be on TV and Radio
  28. Connect with a blogger who is bigger than me
  29. Do more Public Speaking
  30. Participate in the Toastmasters International - International Speech contest 2014

Personal Goals: My goals for the rest of this mental transformation and beyond are to complete my dissertation, graduating in July 2014, bring my Organo Gold business to the next level, get better at saying “no”, especially to those things that will not help me realize my goals, write more articles, finish a novel, and creating financial freedom.

Physical Goals: I need to lose a bunch of weight. I have been diagnosed with diabetes and morbid obesity. So I want to lose over 100 pounds. Been a yoyo dieter all my life, another failsafe or punishment mechanism.

Happy and Grateful Statement I am happy and grateful that I am a Diamond Consultant for Organo Gold coffee because I am able to be a good husband, father, son, brother, mentor, and author because I am able to have the freedom and time to write books and articles that entertain and inspire my readers in order to create positive social change.

Day 23:

Read 15 mins /Day: I’m continuing to read Dissertation and Scholarly Research: Recipes for Success: 2013 Edition by Marilyn K Simon Ph.D. and Jim Goes Ph.D.

No TV: Still no Problem.

Listen to PD Audio: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

No Newspapers: Not today.

Associate with positive people: Today, I just hung out with my son,
